If there is no pain there is no cancer even if pain is felt on the back of the palm. If there is pain in both the points it denotes cancer or degeneration of the right breast. Repeat this procedure with the left hand to examine the left breast.

Lymphgland point

Even if cancer is detected by the doctor, one should continue to give acupressure (intermittent pressure) for 2-5 minutes to the pressure points for the breast and lymph glands as depicted in the images.

NOTE: This procedure should NOT substitute your doctor visits, mammograms and self examination. This has been provided as a supplementary tool only.
