    In response to your question:
    I would say start out with Soham Meditation. Swallow well and then place the tip of your tongue at the palate behind your front teeth. Focus your gaze between your eyebrows and focus your mind on your breath. Breathe slow and deep.
    You can start out by practicing with the Soham mantra at this website:

    When you feel comfortable you can do it by mentally chanting the mantra yourself.
